SHIPPING & PAYMENT POLICY

ILKSOYFOOD ships international orders via vessels, trains or cargo planes, in dry or reefer containers which are definitely fumigated. All domestic orders are shipped via CARGO or PTT Post.

 

Our online shop is open all the time but your orders will be processed during normal business hours 09:00am -5.00pm Monday to Friday. We will remain closed on all Public Holidays.

 

Any orders placed after hours or on the weekend will be processed the next business day.

 

If you are not available to accept the delivery during business hours, you can choose to have the package left at a designated area outside your home. Please note that choosing this option will be at your own risk as we will not be liable for any loss or damage. We recommend that you provide us with a work address or similar, where someone will be available to accept the parcel. Post Box addresses are not acceptable.

 

Please Note: Costs and delivery days mentioned below are indicative only, it may vary depending on your address. During busy sale periods, processing of shipping orders may take upto 1 week.

ORDER DISPATCH AND PUBLIC HOLIDAYS

 

We remain closed on all public holidays.

 

All orders placed on the day prior to non-working days, including weekends and public holidays, will be processed on the following business day. This is to ensure minimum transit time.

 

All orders placed before 1pm will be dispatched on the same day. All orders placed after 1pm will be dispatched the next business day. 

 

TRACKING YOUR DELIVERY

 

All deliveries are made by registered courier and will require a signature upon delivery.

 

Upon completing an online purchase, you will receive an email with your Order Confirmation and delivery details. You will also be provided with a link that will allow you to track the status of your delivery.

 

BACK ORDERS

 

All products are subject to availability and will not be placed on back order. However please feel free to contact us if you have any queries at info@ilksoygroup.com

LOST OR DAMAGED GOODS

In the unlikely event of your goods being lost or damaged in transit, please call us within seven working days of placing your order to enable us to assist you.

WEATHER

 

All our products are fresh, delicious and top of the range. However, we recommend that you make a note of the delivery time-frame to your area, and choose carefully, as some products may be susceptible to weather-related damage during the warmer months.
